The structure is located in an area with a high density of shops and services, a few minutes away from St. Peter's Square, the Vatican Museums, the civil and criminal courts and the Foro Italico.
Thanks to its proximity to the metro stop, it is possible to easily reach the most interesting areas of the city.

Our Guest House offers its guests the possibility of accessing the structure independently, at no additional cost, thanks to an automated smart access system that does not require an app and/or internet connection. Guests will enjoy 24/7 telephone assistance from the time of booking until check-out

Our Guest House offers its guests 4 comfortable soundproofed double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, some of which have a balcony with chairs and tables.
The rooms have smart TV, high-speed internet connection, kettle, bed linen, set of towels and safe.
The bathrooms are all equipped with a shower, hairdryer, bidet and soap dispensers.

In the common room it is possible to use a kitchenette equipped with the latest generation induction hob, 
microwave oven, capsule coffee machine, sweet and savory snacks, fruit juices and milk.

at a historic café just 50 meters away from the structure.

Near our Guest House it is possible to park on the street in free or paid areas at a cost of €4.00 per day. For those who prefer covered and secure parking, there is a large paid garage in front of the entrance door of our facility.
