Terms and conditions 

Ecclesia Domus by Claudia Nicolardi (VAT number 17306281001) is an accommodation facility, located in Rome at via Ruggero Fiore n. 3.

It is made up of 4 rooms with independent access from the other rooms.

By completing the room reservation, the Customer accepts the terms and conditions indicated below:

 

Availability request – Reservations and acceptance

To request the availability of rooms to stay in, the User must use the availability request form on the website, entering the necessary data.

After receiving the request, Ecclesia Domus will send the User, within 48 hours, the communication of room availability by email. The feedback indicates the conditions of stay, prices and payment methods.

To complete the booking, the User must communicate, via email, to Ecclesia Domus the formal acceptance of the offer and pay the estimated amount according to the methods indicated.

To access the facility, the Customer must carry out the automated check-in by sending a valid identity document to Ecclesia Domus via email or WhatsApp, for the purposes of legal obligations; otherwise it cannot be accepted. Ecclesia Domus will proceed to verify the veracity of the customer's details once they arrive at the facility.

The Customer shall, where possible, pay the tourist tax by credit card within 24 hours prior to arrival at the facility, via a link communicated by Ecclesia Domus.

Ecclesia Domus reserves the right to replace the room assigned to the guest with another of equal or higher standard without notice and without increase in price.

On the day of departure (end of the stay) check-out takes place by 10:00 am. Any stay beyond the established time will result in a charge of 50% of the room price established for the previous day.

Direct reservation

It is possible to directly book the room through the "BOOK NOW" function on the site. The Customer, after selecting the period of stay and the room, proceeds to pay the amount by credit card.

Also in this case, to access the facility, the Customer must carry out the automated check-in by sending a valid identity document via email or WhatsApp to Ecclesia Domus, for the purposes of legal obligations; otherwise it cannot be accepted. Ecclesia Domus will proceed to verify the veracity of the customer's details once they arrive at the facility.

The customer shall pay the tourist tax by credit card within 24 hours prior to arrival at the facility, where possible, via a link communicated by Ecclesia Domus.

Prices

Prices are per room and per night and include taxes and breakfast. The tourist tax is excluded which entails an additional expense of 6 (six) euros per day per person, according to the provisions of the Municipality of Roma Capitale at the date of drafting of this document.

The price of the stay is what is communicated in the booking acceptance email or is specified on the site when you opt for the "BOOK NOW" function.

Guarantee for any damage

As a guarantee for compensation for any damages, Ecclesia Domus reserves the right to request the customer's credit card details. These data will not be used to make charges, but exclusively to collect any amount of damage caused to the structure.

Cancellations

The cancellation or reduction of an already confirmed booking must be communicated exclusively by email to: info@ecclesiadomus.it.

It is possible to cancel or reduce your reservation, without any charge, up to 30 (thirty) days before the date of arrival at the property.

For cancellations or reductions in the stay communicated less than 30 (thirty) days from the arrival date, Ecclesia Domus charges a penalty equal to the cost of one night and returns the remaining amount paid to the customer.

For cancellations communicated less than seven days before the arrival date or in case of no-show, Ecclesia Domus withholds a penalty equal to the cost of the entire stay.

The amount paid for the stay will not be refunded to the Guest who arrives but does not intend to stay in the structure.

The amount paid for the entire booked stay will not be refunded to the Guest who arrives and asks to reduce their stay in the facility.

Additional conditions

The room cannot be occupied by a greater number of people than those for which it was booked.

The Guest cannot cause noise or play music inside the rooms or in the common areas.

Pets are not allowed in the facility.

The structure is not responsible for any loss or theft by third parties of objects belonging to customers.
